Arrange it
Pick up the application at the Public Works Building at 133 W 29th Street, gather five neighbor signatures, decide on a location with those neighbors, and return the form to schedule a delivery date based on availability.

This is not for personal home projects such as renovating, remodeling, moving in or out, or clearing basements, garages or sheds. Tires, batteries, chemicals, shingles, concrete, dirt, rocks, refrigerators, computer monitors, asphalt and tree stumps are not allowed, and the user is liable for disposal costs on restricted material.

Ogden City names a transfer station at 3027 Midland Drive, where the published minimum covers 800 pounds or less and residential cardboard and glass are free, and residents need to show ID proving Ogden residency at the window for the resident discount. Weber County separately publishes rates and hours for the Weber County Transfer Station at 867 West Wilson Lane, which accepts mattresses, tires, white goods, household hazardous waste and televisions and computer monitors, but whose discounted minimum fee list does not include Ogden City.
